An action was commenced on May 23, 1956, by General Electric Company, X-Ray Department, a foreign corporation, (also referred to herein as the company or employer) as plaintiff against Wisconsin Employment Relations Board (also referred to herein as the Board) as defendant, to review the findings, Conclusions and order made and entered by said Board on April 20, 1956 in a proceeding entitled District No. 10, of the International Association of Machinists, A.F.L. v. General Electric Company X-Ray Department. In the proceeding the Board determined that the company had been guilty of certain unfair labor practices. The Board ordered that the company take specified steps to remedy these practices.
